How students open released lessons, study flashcards, and mark progress.
When your professor releases a lesson, it appears under My Lessons (or Lessons in the sidebar).
Read a lesson
- Open Lessons and pick a released item
- Read the teaching notes your professor approved
- Mark the lesson complete when you are done
Lessons come from your course materials through SOL’s authoring flow. Your professor edits and releases them; they are not anonymous web articles.
Flashcards
If the lesson includes flashcards:
- Flip each card to reveal the back
- Work through the deck until the ideas feel familiar
- Return later if your professor points you back before a quiz
Tutor and lessons
Course tutors may use short excerpts from released lessons while coaching. They still will not reveal quiz answer keys, and they stay scoped to your course, not the open web.
